Financial Statements

We handle the entire process—supporting documents, reconciliations, VAT returns, and annual financial statements—or we can work alongside the accountant you already have. Everything is managed in a cloud-based system that you can access whenever you want, so you won’t have to spend months waiting to find out how things went.
Deadlines are our problem. You’re given a fixed date for the month-end closing, a brief written summary of the key figures, and a phone call when something in the report requires a decision.
Salary
Paid correctly, reported correctly, on the same date every month.
Payroll, vacation pay, sick pay, travel expenses, and A-reports—all handled from start to finish. We stay up to date on regulatory changes to ensure that pay stubs are accurate and reporting is in order.
For companies with shift work or multiple collective bargaining agreements, we set up the rules once in the system. Then it runs on its own.

Budgets, cash flow projections, and the discussions that take place before a bank meeting or an acquisition. We work based on your own numbers, not a template, and tell you straight up what we would do in your situation.
Some clients use this service once a year, around budget time. Others have us in the room every month. Both approaches are fine.
